Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll be able to use your subscription until the end of your current billing period. We don't issue refunds for partial months.

Team credits are shared among all members of your team. They can be used to run workflows, create agents, and access templates. The team admin can allocate and monitor credit usage for each team member through the dashboard.

Credits cannot be automatically transferred between different organizations. However, if you need to consolidate credits, please contact our support team, and we'll assist you with the process.

Workflow pricing is based on the number of runs per month. Each workflow run consumes one credit from your plan allocation. More complex workflows with multiple steps or integrations do not consume additional credits per run.

Basic templates are included in all plans. Premium templates may require additional credits or might only be available on higher-tier plans. The template marketplace clearly indicates the cost or plan requirement for each template.

Workflow generation costs are included in your subscription. Creating a new workflow doesn't consume additional credits. You only use credits when running the workflow.

A standard workflow typically consumes one credit per run. In the Free plan, you get 5 credits per month. The Pro plan includes 100 credits per month, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited workflow runs.
